Penélope Cruz covers the May issue of Harper's Bazaar US wearing a low-cut Armani Privé jacket. The cover was shot by Terry Richardson and is a very riskee shot that for me just doesn't work. I'll admit, Penélope does look great but what with the big hair (very Jennifer Beals-esque, actually thought this was her at first glance!), the chunky necklace and the excessive cleavage I just feel like this cover has too much going on!
